This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Assist and oversee payroll functions utilizing the designated ticketing and payroll systems while adhering to established standards and client-specific needs.
• Supervise and manage ticket queues with the appropriate tools to ensure tickets are processed within the defined timelines and remain within expected limits.
• Proficiently use the hrX suite of tools related to payroll processing and associated tasks.
• Capable of comprehending and interpreting a payslip.
• Understand and adhere to the payroll calendar.
• Identify deviations from the standard service scope and respond accordingly, including spotting and supporting change request opportunities.
• Appropriately handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Generate and comprehend basic standard and client-specific payroll reports.
• Review and verify data for accuracy.
• Address basic payroll inquiries and requests through the communication channels agreed upon with the client (phone, e-mail, ticket).
• Engage in projects and activities as needed and assigned.
• Proficient in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Advanced proficiency in German and English (minimum B2).
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in payroll administration or Health & Welfare/Benefits within an HR Consulting, HR Outsourcing, or similar corporate environment.
• Ability to adapt to a global and fast-paced work environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-driven with a willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of HRIS systems.
