This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Processing standard HR service requests while ensuring accurate and timely resolutions.

• Maintaining HR and payroll data (e.g., benefits, time tracking, insurance, pensions).

• Managing documentation where self-service by employees is not available.

• Assisting in the maintenance of SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.

• Ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and deadlines.

• Participating in data audits (e.g., SAP Payroll Control Centre) and supporting data corrections.

• Communicating with internal teams to ensure consistent application of global and local standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• Initial experience (0–1 years) in HR operations, payroll, shared services, or BPO is a plus.

• Basic understanding of HR administrative processes and data handling.

• Motivation to work in a service-oriented operational environment.

• Ability to actively listen, communicate clearly, and approach requests professionally and empathetically.

• Analytical thinking with attention to detail to ensure accurate and high-quality outcomes.

• Structured and reliable work approach, even when priorities or volumes change.

• Openness to learning new tools, systems, and digital work methods, including automation and data-driven processes.

• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to collective success.

• Positive, solution-focused attitude and desire for continuous skill and knowledge development.

• Proficiency in German, both spoken and written, with English as an advantage.
