This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Become a part of the Cards Acquisition Business Unit, working towards the growth of Neon’s Credit Card.
• Ensure that approved customers activate and consistently use their cards.
• Engage non-approved users through alternative product offerings and initiatives aimed at credit building.
• Track performance results and funnel metrics throughout the customer journey.
• Set up dashboards and automated systems to monitor performance metrics.
• Spearhead product acquisition and engagement strategies across various channels, including Push notifications, Email, and WhatsApp.
• Perform in-depth data analyses to uncover insights and identify potential business opportunities.
• Assess new projects, products, and features while assisting in the prioritization of the roadmap alongside engineering and product teams.
• Design and execute end-to-end growth tests and experiments.
• Formulate hypotheses, design experiments, carry them out, measure outcomes, and communicate findings.
• Present findings and growth strategies at leadership meetings.
• A strong analytical and pragmatic mindset, with excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
• Capability to break down complex issues and independently develop hypotheses.
• Proficiency in extracting insights from internal data and transforming them into business opportunities.
• Strong analytical skills for structuring and resolving intricate problems using data.
• A proactive approach with a sense of ownership and initiative.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information effectively.
• Ability to adapt to varying scenarios and changes.
• Capacity to provide cross-coverage within a small team.
• Skill in building relationships across different areas and engaging stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel and Google Slides / PowerPoint.
• Hands-on experience with SQL or similar tools for data extraction.
• Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to utilize Artificial Intelligence tools.
• Previous experience in fintech companies or rapidly growing tech environments.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, including data manipulation, cleaning, and routine automation.
