Junior GRC Analyst – Information Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in monitoring risks and controls related to information security.

• Gather, organize, and analyze evidence of controls.

• Aid in the execution and documentation of control testing procedures.

• Monitor action plans, nonconformities, and opportunities for improvement.

• Facilitate internal and external audit processes.

• Help in maintaining and updating policies, standards, and procedures.

• Assist in tracking Governance, Risk, and Compliance indicators.

• Collaborate with various departments to collect information and monitor activities.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of Compliance processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Information Security, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong interest in Information Security, Governance, Risk, and Compliance.

• Excellent analytical abilities and keen attention to detail.

• Strong organizational skills and discipline in managing activities and deadlines.

• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.

• A collaborative, curious, and eager-to-learn attitude.

• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27001.

• Understanding of SOC 1 and/or SOC 2 standards.

• Basic knowledge of LGPD/GDPR and privacy regulations.

• Understanding of risk management, internal controls, or auditing practices.

• Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) or cloud environments.

• Proficiency in English and/or Spanish at an intermediate or advanced level.
