This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform document reviews and conduct legal analyses of materials sourced from company resources and systems.
• Evaluate reported communications, identified systems, and scanned documents for policy infringements; determine necessary actions and convey findings.
• Communicate and archive materials that necessitate action across various platforms.
• Oversee reported compliance correspondence, address inquiries, and keep meticulous records.
• Manage notifications to clients and maintain colleague communication regarding policy compliance.
• Compile compliance reports and refresh the knowledge base.
• Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to showcase statistics through dashboards.
• Investigate insider threats, data loss, and operational disruptions, utilizing solutions like Microsoft Purview.
• Assist with e-discovery requests and conduct workflow audits.
• Handle substantial data sets, archive files, and fulfill ad-hoc requests.
• Manage prioritized projects and special assignments.
• Apply repeatable project plans and best practices to oversee IP Compliance tasks and offer feedback for process improvement.
• Supervise IP Compliance product support cases to ensure timely updates in line with SLAs.
• Create and execute database searches for essential documents.
• Educate users on adherence to internal policies.
• Conduct quality control and assurance on deliverables and compliance processes.
• Design and implement project workflows.
• Draft reports on document reviews.
• Undertake factual research.
• Suggest and execute process enhancements.
• Engage in self-training and self-study for certifications related to IP Compliance standards and technologies.
• At least 5 years of experience in legal or compliance roles with a focus on data analysis.
• Preferred experience in IP Law and E-Discovery.
• Proficient in Nuix Adaptive, Nuix Automate, Nuix Investigate, Microsoft DLP tools, Druva, ServiceNow, Purview, SharePoint, Salesforce, Smartsheet, Teams, OneDrive, Excel (including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and VBA), and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with related systems such as NUIX and Purview Content Search is preferred.
• Knowledge of enterprise systems like PeopleSoft, JDE, Siebel, and EBS.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical abilities.
• Capability to manage large data volumes effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Compliance, Law, or equivalent experience is required.
