Junior Graphic Designer – Dayshift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop a large volume of static digital advertising assets utilizing AI design platforms, automation tools, and organized creative workflows.

• Implement minor graphic modifications, such as refinements, resizing, and layout adjustments to AI-generated materials.

• Adhere to prompts, templates, brand standards, and established guidelines to guarantee uniform, brand-aligned creatives.

• Prepare and format assets for various digital advertising channels, ensuring appropriate sizing, formatting, and alignment with campaigns.

• Assist in the creation of multiple creative variations for ad testing, campaigns, and performance marketing efforts.

• Evaluate outputs for precision, visual consistency, and meticulousness, while efficiently applying revisions based on feedback.

• Organize design files and collaborate with stakeholders while adhering to structured processes, deadlines, and repetitive workflows; remain open to learning new AI tools and techniques.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred).

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in graphic design, digital design, creative production, or similar support roles.

• Basic proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or comparable platforms.

• Familiarity with AI design tools, prompt-based workflows, or automation platforms, or a willingness to learn quickly.

• Basic understanding of digital advertising formats and capability to produce brand-aligned, static creative outputs.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow structured instructions, manage repetitive tasks, and apply minor edits accurately and consistently.

• Solid design fundamentals (layout, typography, formatting), excellent organization and time management skills, and a collaborative, process-oriented mindset with receptiveness to feedback.
