Junior Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create visually engaging assets for various platforms, including web, social media, presentations, print materials, and event marketing collateral.

• Work closely with content creators, marketing teams, and cross-functional groups to design campaign visuals that support strategic objectives and enhance brand identity.

• Handle multiple projects at once while ensuring high-quality deliverables within tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Stay updated on design trends, digital best practices, and new tools (including AI) to maintain fresh and relevant creative output.

• Maintain brand consistency across all channels and uphold visual standards throughout each project.

• Prepare print-ready files meticulously and collaborate with external vendors to ensure impeccable production.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.

• 2–4 years of experience in designing digital and print marketing materials.

• Solid understanding of graphic design principles and industry best practices.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Familiar with project management and collaboration tools such as Slack, Asana, or Monday.com.

• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational abilities, and capacity to meet tight deadlines.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to accept direction and implement feedback effectively.

• Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively across various departments.
