Junior Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Develop visually appealing graphics for both digital and print mediums, including social media, email campaigns, website assets, brochures, presentations, and materials for events.

• Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines to maintain consistency.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create innovative concepts that are in line with campaign objectives.

• Design captivating content for social media platforms, such as images, infographics, and basic animations.

• Enhance digital campaigns by providing optimized visuals tailored for various platforms.

• Create brochures, flyers, banners, and signage for events.

• Uphold and advance brand identity and guidelines.

• Oversee multiple projects and adhere to deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Review and refine designs based on constructive feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design.

• Strong portfolio that demonstrates a variety of design work.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Solid grasp of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

• Experience in both digital and print design formats.

• Keen attention to detail along with strong organizational skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects at once.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
