Junior Game Release Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the complete game release process from start to finish.

• Guarantee the accurate, complete, and timely distribution of game content across the SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator platform.

• Track and ensure the precision and thoroughness of game information within internal systems.

• Integrate new games from partner feeds and handle updates to current game entries.

• Liaise with game providers regarding new launches, technical updates, metadata modifications, and necessary graphic assets.

• Upload, organize, and preserve game-related graphic materials in the CDN/asset repository.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to facilitate smooth information flow and timely execution of release processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English at a B1 level or higher.

• Competence in the Russian language at a B1 level or higher.

• Prior experience in a customer support role.

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Gmail, and Excel.
