This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Assist in the development of innovative game systems and features aimed at enhancing player experience.
• Aid in drafting and revising game design documents along with straightforward user stories.
• Collaborate closely with artists, developers, and designers to implement features into the game.
• Track feature performance and key performance indicators (KPI) such as retention, engagement, and monetization, and recommend enhancements based on data and player interactions.
• Support the analysis of game data and player behavior to boost engagement.
• Participate in feature testing, collect feedback, and assist in iteration cycles.
• Contribute to the balancing of game economies and progression systems with guidance.
• Engage in user research and usability testing sessions.
• Assist the team in refining UI and UX flows through basic wireframes or mockups.
• Help prepare concepts for future features and assist in roadmap planning.
• 1–3 years of experience in game design, product design, or a similar field.
• Passionate player of midcore mobile games.
• Fundamental understanding of game design principles and essential gameplay systems.
• Familiarity with meta features, progression systems, or economic design.
• Strong eagerness to learn and develop within game design and LiveOps.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with game design or product tools (knowledge of Unity is advantageous).
• Analytical mindset with an interest in working with data and KPIs.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
