Junior Frontend Developer, React.js

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create and uphold React.js applications.

• Design and implement responsive interfaces with a focus on user experience and design elements.

• Produce clean, maintainable code that adheres to team standards.

• Engage in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.

• Move beyond frontend responsibilities to include backend tasks, progressing towards a full-stack generalist role.

• Work collaboratively with designers, developers, QA, and product owners to deliver new features.

• Document your work and contribute to the team’s knowledge repository.

• Continuously enhance technical skills with guidance from mentors.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional experience in web development.

• Strong foundational knowledge in JavaScript.

• Familiarity with TypeScript.

• Practical experience with the React.js ecosystem, including hooks and state management.

• Experience with REST API integration.

• Basic configuration skills for build tools.

• Experience with AI coding assistants for learning, exploration, and productivity, while critically assessing their outputs.

• Proficiency in English at a B2+ level for international collaboration.

• Proficiency in Polish at a C1 level for daily team interactions.

• Comfortable operating in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Interest in backend technologies with a goal of advancing towards full-stack development.

• Eager to learn and ready to work closely with mentors while gradually gaining independence.
