Junior Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the financial planning and oversight of the company.

• Analyze data and compile reports.

• Aid in billing processes, including issuing and monitoring sales and service invoices.

• Manage activities related to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

• Execute bank and financial reconciliations.

• Process financial entries and conduct financial reviews and controls.

• Oversee payments, collections, and due dates.

• Examine invoices and documents pertaining to financial operations.

• Assist in the review of tax withholdings on supplier and customer invoices.

• Support the financial closing process for group companies for accounting submission.

• Prepare and maintain Excel-based controls and reports.

• Identify inconsistencies, discrepancies, and areas for enhancement.

• Provide assistance and support to employees and various departments with financial inquiries.

• Prioritize and respond effectively to urgent requests.

• Collaborate with different companies and departments within the group.

• Utilize Excel to streamline processes and boost productivity.

• Contribute to strategic decision-making under guidance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in Business Administration, Financial Management, Accounting, Economics, or a related area.

• Intermediate II proficiency in Excel, encompassing functions, pivot tables, charts, and related features.

• Advanced Excel capabilities and familiarity with management systems and financial KPIs.

• Basic knowledge of Power BI or an equivalent data visualization tool.

• Experience with the Omni ERP system.

• Familiarity with the Ploomes system.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• A systemic and analytical approach.
