Junior Esims Trader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Observing and evaluating matches of EA FC 26, NBA 2K 26, Cricket 25, Madden NFL 26, Counter-Strike 2, and DOTA 2 in real-time to formulate and modify betting odds.

• Utilizing expertise in one or more games to establish more precise betting odds.

• Conducting post-match evaluations of played games to facilitate the creation and adjustment of betting odds.

• Collaborating with the mathematics department to enhance mathematical models and trading software.

• Assisting in the development of new initiatives within the realm of sports simulators and esports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong understanding of one or more sports simulators (EA FC 26, NBA 2K 26, Cricket 25, Madden NFL 26, etc.).

• Familiarity with terms related to odds and probability.

• Eagerness to learn about trading strategies.

• Capability to make swift and accurate decisions.

• Dependability and a proactive mindset.

• Flexibility in working hours.

• Daily communication in English.

• Clean criminal history.

• Possession of personal equipment, including a desktop PC and at least 2 monitors, with the potential to upgrade to 3 monitors after the probationary period.

• Experience in the betting industry, particularly in esports, football, or basketball is preferred (advantageous).

• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus (advantageous).
