This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• **Your task list will include:**
• - researching themes, market trends, and competitors to identify opportunities and trends;
• - generating ideas for new courses for the school;
• - investigating the needs, motivations, and pain points of the target audience to create a precise product;
• - briefing and collaboratively designing educational programs (idea, concept, format, course structures) with lecturers who are among the top players in the creative industry;
• - collaborating with lecturers on developing training programs;
• - creating educational content in conjunction with experts;
• - participating in the implementation of courses and product launches;
• - analyzing feedback from students and lecturers, as well as metrics on course effectiveness;
• - developing a plan for improving course content based on feedback and analytics;
• - introducing new engagement methods, teaching techniques, and trending approaches into the learning process.
• **We might be a match if you:**
• - have a basic understanding of the EdTech market and the principles of creating educational content;
• - excel at building win-win relationships with people;
• - possess the ability to generate new ideas and unconventional approaches;
• - quickly acquire new knowledge and easily navigate creative topics;
• - are not afraid to manage multiple products simultaneously;
• - can evaluate a product globally (helicopter view) and identify improvement opportunities;
• - think critically and structurally, and can explain complex things in simple terms; **Nice-to-have:**
• - Upper-Intermediate level of English (as we plan to involve international lecturers);
• - experience working with educational products as a curator, methodologist, etc.
