This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Provide support and oversight to a writer during the script development phase.
• Assist in refining key concepts, structure, dramaturgy, and tone.
• Ensure compliance with journalistic standards and sourcing guidelines.
• Offer feedback and conduct edits through multiple revisions.
• Collaborate regularly with editorial team members on stories and provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute to shaping and developing our editorial vision, giving the channel a strategic direction.
• Engage in the development of topics.
• Several years of experience in journalism, preferably in video journalism.
• Experience in podcasting or audio production is also beneficial.
• Exceptional storytelling abilities — you know how to transform a topic into an engaging narrative.
• Strong journalistic standards and proficient sourcing skills.
• An organized approach to work, leadership capabilities, effective communication skills, and a tactful approach to conflict resolution.
• English is your native language.
