This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Supervise and enhance customer service operations, fulfillment coordination, and operational systems.
• Act as a proactive operational leader tasked with overseeing the customer service function.
• Collaborate with 3PL and fulfillment partners.
• Administer and refine operational systems such as Gorgias and Sticky.io (CRM).
• Utilize AI to minimize staffing requirements within the function via automation and workflow enhancements.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, ecommerce operations, customer experience operations, or support operations.
• Prior experience in a DTC or CPG ecommerce organization is highly preferred.
• Background in fast-paced startup or high-growth settings.
• Proven experience in managing operational workflows across customer service and fulfillment functions.
• Open to candidates located in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe.
• Flexibility to work during U.S. business hours.
