Junior eCommerce Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance in the daily management of designated ecommerce brands and client accounts.

• Aid in the execution of promotional campaigns and marketing strategies across various channels.

• Ensure the precise and timely execution of campaigns and operational activities.

• Assist with the configuration, monitoring, and enhancement of paid media campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.

• Support email marketing efforts and CRM workflows utilizing tools like Klaviyo, Shopify Email, and other marketing automation solutions.

• Contribute to enhancing campaign performance and customer retention strategies.

• Extract and interpret data from Shopify, Google Analytics, and various advertising platforms.

• Aid in the development of performance reports and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Update product catalogs and collections in Shopify.

• Collaborate with the team on AI-enhanced workflows and creative initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing.

• 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce marketing.

• 1–3 years of experience in agency settings.

• Practical experience with Shopify (mandatory).

• Familiarity with Meta Ads.

• Familiarity with Google Ads.

• Familiarity with email marketing platforms.

• Familiarity with ecommerce analytics tools.

• A strong analytical mindset and comprehension of ecommerce KPIs.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

• Capability to work independently in a remote-first setting.

• A customer-focused and detail-oriented approach.

• Fluent in Spanish and possess strong communication skills in English.
