Junior E-commerce Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist the rapidly expanding APAC digital commerce team.

• Acquire practical experience in eCommerce, digital analytics, and content optimization while engaging with major platforms such as Amazon and Shopee.

• Evaluate customer reviews from various e-commerce platforms to identify trends.

• Track product visibility and performance across different platforms.

• Contribute to enhancing search rankings, conversion rates, and overall digital presence.

• Aid in the development and improvement of product content.

• Collaborate with regional teams to adapt and enhance product listings.

• Partner with cross-functional and regional teams across APAC to manage timelines and ensure effective campaign execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.

• 0–3 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, digital, or data-oriented roles (including internships).

• Strong analytical abilities with a knack for interpreting data and converting insights into actionable steps.

• Effective communication skills to present ideas clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and project management skills.

• Proficient in working with data (Excel, Google Sheets, or similar applications).

• A proactive attitude with a readiness to learn and take initiative.

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, Coupang, or Naver is a plus.

• A basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, content, or performance marketing) is advantageous.

• Familiarity with consumer review analysis or digital shelf analytics tools is a plus.

• Experience in a regional or cross-cultural setting is a plus.
