• We are seeking a meticulous and organized Junior Document Controller to assist our team with critical documentation and records management.
• In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate files, validating submitted information, managing both digital and physical documentation, and ensuring our systems are current and compliant.
• You will liaise with internal teams and suppliers to follow up on necessary documents, support audit preparedness, and help with routine administrative tasks.
• Offer administrative assistance through precise documentation, data entry, and record maintenance.
• Oversee digital and physical filing systems to guarantee well-organized and easily accessible information.
• Validate submitted documents for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to internal standards.
• Refresh logs, trackers, and systems with timely and accurate information.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to follow up on any missing or incorrect documents.
• Aid in audit readiness by ensuring complete and compliant documentation trails.
• Carry out general administrative tasks, including handling emails, preparing forms, and processing documents.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in construction, engineering, technology, or a similar industry.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and task or ticket management platforms is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Capacity to work efficiently while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to function both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Previous exposure to construction terminology or documentation is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Must be willing to work mid shift, from 05:00 PM to 02:00 AM PHT.
• Work setup – Remote work from home
