Junior Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage support tickets at N1 and N2 levels.

• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve incidents within SLA timeframes.

• Develop, repair, and maintain applications utilizing .NET.

• Provide support for development and maintenance tasks on Java applications as needed.

• Conduct root cause analysis and suggest improvements to prevent recurring incidents.

• Log and monitor tickets while keeping technical documentation current.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure service continuity.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of support and development processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed or in-progress Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

• Experience in development with .NET (C# and ASP.NET).

• Knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server or similar).

• Experience with corrective and evolutionary system maintenance.

• Familiarity with source code versioning (Git).

• Strong analytical skills for investigation and resolution of problems.

• Well-organized, with a keen sense of priorities and a focus on meeting deadlines.

• Knowledge of Java development.

• Experience with ServiceNow.

• Experience in application maintenance/support environments (AMS).

• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).

• Experience with system integrations and REST APIs.
