Junior Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Design, test, and maintain software applications along with system components.

• Create clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to development standards.

• Engage in the complete software development lifecycle.

• Identify, debug, and resolve software-related issues.

• Enhance existing applications by implementing upgrades and fixing bugs.

• Assist with software deployments and maintenance tasks.

• Document software components, technical specifications, and development workflows.

• Adhere to coding standards, quality assurance protocols, and security measures.

• Participate in code reviews and initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.

• Collaborate closely with software engineers, QA analysts, and technical leads.

• Take part in Agile ceremonies, planning meetings, and technical discussions.

• Continuously acquire knowledge of new technologies and propose enhancements to development processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of professional experience in software development.

• Proficiency in Frontend, Backend, or Full Stack development.

• Understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software development best practices.

• Experience with relational databases and APIs.

• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a remote team.

• Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (B2+) for effective professional collaboration.
