Junior Data Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Investigate multimodal datasets and create the features and pipelines essential for model functionality

• Develop and evaluate models and agents under the mentorship of experienced data scientists

• Produce clean, well-tested, and reviewed code that is primed for production deployment

• Rapidly acquire knowledge across various workstreams and adapt to new methodologies as the field progresses

• Collaborate within agentic systems, federated and privacy-preserving learning, identity intelligence, geospatial intelligence, and synthetic data alongside senior data scientists, engineers, and domain experts from Satalia and WPP

• Develop and evaluate models and agents that are ready for production deployment

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline

• 0 to 2 years of experience in data science or machine learning, which can include internships or significant academic projects

• Strong foundational knowledge in statistics and machine learning applicable to both structured and unstructured data

• Proficient in Python with a solid understanding of the standard data science toolkit

• Practical experience with embeddings and LLM-based solutions

• A curious mindset, eagerness to learn, and effective communication skills

• Familiarity with temporal or geospatial data

• Engagement in personal or academic projects that involve agents, LLM fine-tuning, or embeddings

• Interest in marketing technology, ad tech, or audience modeling

• Contributions to open-source projects, publications, or achievements in competitions
