Junior Data & Insights Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide foundational support for analytics delivery, which includes analysis, requirements assistance, documentation support, and project/program management.

• Aid in the collection of requirements (such as notes, draft user stories, and acceptance criteria support), organizing traceability, and maintaining inventories of artifacts.

• Support the development and maintenance of documentation including meeting notes, decision/action logs, knowledge base entries, and basic user guidance; assist with data validation and preparation of materials for stakeholder review.

• Contribute to delivery documentation and assist with user validation and test execution.

• Help deliver precise, insightful, and actionable data analyses and recommendations.

• Ensure the highest standards of data quality and integrity are maintained throughout the entire data lifecycle, which includes data collection, preprocessing, analysis, interpretation, and reporting.

• Proactively identify and resolve data-related issues, bottlenecks, or performance shortcomings to ensure the smooth operation of data analysis projects and data-driven initiatives.

• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using data visualization tools like Tableau to effectively convey key metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators to all stakeholders.

• Generate both ad-hoc and regular reports, analyses, and presentations to support business operations, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to information technology along with two (2) years of professional IT experience.

• Must successfully complete, pass, and maintain a public trust investigation.

• Experience in creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and visualizations using data visualization tools such as Tableau to effectively convey key metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators to stakeholders.

• Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical information for stakeholder management.
