This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Microsoft Information Protection, Microsoft Purview, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) to identify, classify, and secure sensitive data across various infrastructures, devices, email, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.

• Continuously enhance DLP policies based on incidents, false positives, and exception scenarios.

• Monitor DLP alerts, conduct analyses, and work alongside incident response teams.

• Assist in investigations carried out by other teams by providing technical insights and contextual information regarding DLP policies.

• Partner with Data Stewards, who serve as key contacts to ensure data quality, appropriate utilization, security, and accurate data classification.

• Execute mapping, categorization, and classification of critical/sensitive data, coordinating with the owners of each data domain (e.g., finance, legal, HR).

• Establish and maintain OKRs and maturity indicators pertinent to technical data governance and data leakage prevention initiatives.

• Ensure adherence to regulations and legislation, including LGPD, GDPR, SOX, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.
