Junior Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage assigned tickets within the Zoho queue, ensuring requests are resolved promptly.

• Diagnose and resolve issues or apply minor enhancements to existing reports.

• Conduct quality assurance checks to verify data accuracy before stakeholder review.

• Create simple, ad hoc reports based on business requirements.

• Assist with ongoing reporting and data maintenance efforts across BI tools.

• Observe senior team members in meetings and complex data projects to enhance technical skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with SQL is preferred.

• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is preferred.

• Exposure to Power Automate or Power Apps is preferred.
