This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Address customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat channels.
• Deliver precise information and solutions to resolve customer issues.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on their requests.
• Collaborate closely with the team to provide high-quality support.
• Oversee customer data and records within the system.
• Proficient in Danish (both written and spoken) along with good English communication skills.
• Must possess EU citizenship or a valid work permit (which may include full-purpose, specific-purpose, or refugee protection certificate).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• No prior experience is required – this is an entry-level position.
