This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Address customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat in Croatian.
• Efficiently and professionally resolve issues to ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
• Offer information regarding products, services, and order statuses.
• When necessary, escalate complex issues to the relevant departments.
• Keep precise records of customer interactions.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver consistent and quality service.
• Proficient in Croatian (C1 level or higher).
• Good command of English for internal communication purposes.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to work independently and effectively manage time in a remote setting.
• Comfortable with computer use and basic software applications.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Greece and currently reside there.
