This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Provide customer support with a foundation: Gradually assume responsibility for a portfolio of approximately 100 mid-market (SME) clients.
• Focus on growth & retention: You play an active role in your customers' "Net Retention Movements".
• Onboarding & established procedures: You assist our clients in successfully implementing our products.
• Relationship development: You cultivate strong and productive relationships with your clients.
• Targeted communication: You engage with customers in a proactive, clear, and concise manner.
• Problem solving & feedback: You contribute to our product evolution by gathering valuable customer insights.
• Some hands-on experience in account management, customer success, B2B/SaaS settings, or the educational sector.
• You possess a solid foundational understanding of your role at simpleclub and the capability to learn and establish new processes.
• You consistently produce high-quality work.
• You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.

• You take a solution-focused approach and collaborate with your lead to create effective solutions for everyday challenges.
