
Junior Customer Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ You will handle customer inquiries regarding content adjustments in our products: in the Jobshop (our clients' career portal) and in Chat Agent (our AI-based recruiting chat) β from the request stage to the final solution.
β’ You will work in Freshdesk (our tool for customer tickets and communication), engage directly with clients, and serve as the link between the Customer Success Manager and the client side.
β’ You will take responsibility for your own volume of tickets β aiming to keep response times short and quality high.
β’ You will actively contribute: developing processes, optimizing workflows with AI tools, and collaboratively exploring ways for the team to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
β’ A basic technical understanding and a genuine interest in technologies and digital products.
β’ You are comfortable navigating web-based products, have no reservations about configurations, and can independently learn a new tool.
β’ Very clear, structured written communication in German (English is a plus) β you can explain complex matters in a simple way.
β’ Initial experience in customer interaction β a working student role, internship, or similar is sufficient; what's crucial is your knowledge of effective communication with people.
β’ A sincere interest in HR-Tech and recruiting β you find it exciting how companies today discover the right people.
β’ A self-reliant, structured working style: you maintain oversight even when multiple inquiries come in simultaneously.
β’ Nice to have: experience with ticket or support systems such as Freshdesk or Zendesk.
β’ Familiarity with SaaS products, career portals, or HR tools.
β’ Initial exposure to AI tools in the workplace.
