Junior Customer Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee client engagement across technical, business, and product domains to assist them in reaching their objectives.

• Cultivate and enhance relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.

• Recognize opportunities and potential obstacles.

• Deliver training sessions and webinars to clients.

• Familiarize clients with new features and manage the rollout of these enhancements.

• Convey client feedback to internal teams.

• Act as the client's representative while working alongside Sales, Solution Architects, Partners, Product Management, Legal, and Marketing departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, Business Development Manager, or Project Manager in the crypto, fintech, or payments sectors.

• Basic knowledge of KYC is advantageous.

• Proficiency in Google Sheets or MS Excel is required.

• Strong analytical abilities are essential.

• A proactive mindset is necessary.
