This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Overseeing client relationships at all levels: technical, business, and product, ensuring their success in achieving goals.
• Developing and nurturing relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Recognizing opportunities and potential obstacles.
• Offering training and webinars to clients.
• Familiarizing clients with new features and managing the rollout of these updates.
• Relaying client feedback to internal teams.
• Collaborating with Sales, Solution Architects, Partners, Product Management, Legal, and Marketing teams as the client's advocate.
• Previous experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, Business Development Manager, or Project Manager within the crypto, fintech, or payments industries.
• A foundational knowledge of KYC is a significant advantage.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and MS Excel.
• Exceptional analytical skills and a proactive mindset.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish at an advanced level.
