• Assisting our care professionals – You will serve as the main point of contact for caregivers, providing them with dedication and empathy from the initial interaction to a successful placement.

• Tailored support with compassion – You will understand caregivers’ needs and preferences, ensuring their application process is straightforward and hassle-free.

• Accurate job alignment – You will connect talent with employers by skillfully aligning caregivers’ preferences with the ideal opportunities from our partner organizations.

• Valuable feedback collection – You will proactively gather feedback from caregivers to refine our processes and enhance the candidate experience.

• Enjoyable teamwork – Collaborating with Account Management, you will devise customized solutions that surpass the expectations of our candidates and partner companies.

• Thorough documentation – You will ensure all crucial candidate information is current and maintain precise metrics.
