This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.
• Overseeing client relationships at all levels: technical, business, and product, ensuring their objectives are met.
• Cultivating and enhancing relationships with key clients (stakeholders).
• Recognizing opportunities and potential challenges.
• Offering clients training sessions and webinars.
• Familiarizing clients with new features and managing new feature rollouts.
• Conveying client feedback to internal teams.
• Collaborating with Sales, Solution Architects, Partners, Product Management, Legal, and Marketing teams as the client’s advocate.
• Native/Bilingual proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) and advanced English skills.
• Previous experience in roles such as Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, Business Development Manager, or Project Manager in the crypto, fintech, or payments industries.
• A basic understanding of KYC will be considered a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical abilities and a proactive mindset.
