Junior Customer Success

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will independently lead our clients through the onboarding process of our software, starting from kick-off and configuration to a successful rollout.

• You will cultivate a comprehensive understanding of our platform and serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external inquiries regarding Fuxam.

• You will conduct workshops and training sessions with users at universities, vocational institutions, and academies, train key users, and ensure our software is effectively utilized in daily operations.

• You will systematically gather customer feedback, document it thoroughly, and act as a liaison to Development by converting feedback into specific product requirements.

• You will resolve unique customer issues and work closely with Customer Success, Support, and Development teams.

• You will contribute wherever necessary in a rapidly growing team, handling urgent customer requests and driving internal process enhancements.

• You will utilize the latest AI tools and our CRM (HubSpot), ensuring customer information is documented accurately and transparently.

⛳️ Requirements

• Some experience in customer-facing positions (such as Customer Success, Account Management, Project Management, or similar roles) is beneficial.

• Strong organizational abilities and a high level of reliability.

• A genuine interest in the education sector.

• Basic technical knowledge.

• Familiarity with AI tools.

• A proactive attitude, strong team alignment, and a readiness to take on responsibility.

• Business-fluent German is required.

• Proficiency in English is also essential.

• Initial experience with LMS or campus systems, university administration, or implementation projects in a SaaS B2B or public sector context.
