This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers within the app, providing assistance with usability and navigation of the platform;
• Engage directly in converting new sign-ups into active buyers;
• Monitor metrics related to activation, conversion, and repeat purchasing;
• Identify significant obstacles to app usage and suggest strategies to enhance the customer experience;
• Conduct proactive outreach to customers through phone, WhatsApp, or other digital channels;
• Create action plans aimed at boosting engagement and increasing purchase frequency;
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and technology teams to enhance the digital journey.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years in Customer Success, Customer Support, or Inside Sales;
• Tools: Proficiency with CRM systems and communication platforms (WhatsApp Business);
• Soft Skills: Ability to manage rejections, excellent persuasion skills, and effective communication;
• Profile: Proactive, results-driven, and entirely focused on enhancing the user experience.
