Junior CRM Consultant, Marketing Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Operational execution of marketing automation tasks using tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Braze, or Brevo.

• Configuration, upkeep, and further enhancement of automated campaigns, workflows, and customer journeys.

• Development and execution of email sequences (e.g., drip emails, triggered emails, lifecycle campaigns), which includes template modifications and content integration.

• Planning, coordinating, and independently carrying out marketing automation projects.

• Systematic organization and prioritization of tasks within ongoing campaigns and projects.

• Audience segmentation and implementation of automation logic.

• Comprehensive quality assurance and testing (content, personalization, delivery logic).

• Management and structuring of data within CRM and marketing automation systems.

• Close collaboration with consulting, creative, and technical teams.

• Documentation of setups, processes, and insights gained.

• Assistance in analyzing and optimizing campaigns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Initial hands-on experience in CRM, email marketing, or marketing automation (e.g., internships, working student roles, or first full-time position).

• Ideally, familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Braze, Brevo, or similar platforms.

• Understanding of data-driven marketing along with basic knowledge of CRM and database structures.

• Enjoyment of structured work and executing detailed tasks.

• Strong focus on quality and attention to detail.

• Logical reasoning skills and comprehension of automation logic and processes.

• Dependable, conscientious, and capable of working independently.

• Basic technical knowledge; ideally, some exposure to APIs or system integrations.

• Team player with effective communication skills.

• Fluent in German, both written and spoken (C2 level); proficiency in English is a plus.
