Junior Creative Strategist – Meta & TikTok Ads

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will conduct research on target audiences, competitors, and market trends, converting these insights into engaging copy.

• You create persuasive, performance-focused copy for both video and static advertisements.

• You generate innovative ideas and consistently introduce the latest trends.

• You craft hooks, scripts, and advertising concepts while continuously testing new strategies.

• You evaluate the performance of your creatives against key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive tangible improvements.

• You collaborate closely with our creative strategists, creators, and designers to elevate our clients' success.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess relevant experience (approximately 1–2 years) in copywriting, preferably in performance marketing or social media.

• You are knowledgeable about direct-response copywriting and have a passion for sales psychology.

• You comprehend the mechanics of effective copy and engage deeply with buyer psychology, hooks, and sales logic — striving for mastery in this field.

• You research target audiences in an analytical and systematic manner and know how to excite them about a product.

• You are a social media enthusiast, well-versed in current trends and adept at adapting them.

• You enjoy working with data and are prepared to engage directly with Meta and TikTok Ads Managers.

• You are organized, eager to learn, and committed to rapid professional development.
