This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Assist senior producers in converting client briefs into clear guidance for Designers and Editor/Animators across paid social and digital platforms.
• Acquire and implement best practices for short-form video, static, and animation assets across various platforms.
• Aid in defining project scopes, scheduling, and managing project flow from initiation to delivery.
• Collaborate with senior team members to develop pitches, treatments, and proposals.
• Support quality assurance reviews to ensure that deliverables align with client specifications and internal standards.
• Manage task-level tracking for assigned accounts, proactively identifying risks and obstacles.
• Keep project documentation organized, including briefs, timelines, and feedback records.
• Assist senior producers with client communications, gaining experience in representing the production perspective.
• Maintain and manage Asana workflows for assigned projects, ensuring tasks, owners, and deadlines are accurate and updated.
• Create and oversee project timelines, proactively identifying risks before they escalate.
• Ensure internal teams remain coordinated through effective Asana management and proactive communication.
• Work collaboratively with Designers and Editor/Animators across different time zones.
• Be a dependable and communicative partner, exhibiting responsiveness, organization, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Share ideas and highlight issues; this team values curiosity and initiative.
• 1-3 years of experience in creative production, project coordination, or a similar role.
• Practical experience with Asana, with a strong comfort level in managing workflows, task assignments, and project timelines.
• Portfolio or work samples are required (internship, freelance, or agency experience is acceptable).
• Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Knowledge of short-form content and social media platforms is beneficial.
• A four-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.
