Junior Creative Marketing Specialist – EdTech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Provide creative concepts to support designers

• Continuously generate new ideas for creatives, considering current trends, audience behavior, and business objectives

• Conduct market analysis focused on the creative aspect, with the ability to quickly identify trends

• Transform ideas into finished visuals and videos: create clear, structured, and understandable tasks for designers

• Analyze the effectiveness of tested creatives, identify patterns and growth areas, as well as verify marketing hypotheses

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in performance/digital/creative marketing

• Strong understanding of motion creatives structure

• Ability to effectively utilize spy tools (Ads Library, TT Library, AdHEart, and others)

• Experience in market analysis, competitor insights, and consumer insights

• Proficient in Google Sheets/AirTable

• Familiarity with AI tools

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
