This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Localise and tailor the Italian market: You translate and adapt marketing materials — from product pages to campaigns and advertisements — ensuring cultural accuracy in Italian.
• Develop influencer and community marketing: You cultivate a network of micro and macro influencers across the fashion, lifestyle, and everyday categories, negotiating and activating partnerships — from gifting initiatives to ambassador programs — while being accountable for results, not merely activities.
• Create social media and content: You manage our Italian social media presence on Instagram and TikTok, tailoring global content for the local audience and independently producing original material; you feel at ease both in front of and behind the camera.
• Analyse and enhance performance: You evaluate market and performance data, derive actionable recommendations, and consistently implement optimisations — maintaining a strong focus on ROI and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate across teams: As the main liaison between the Italian market and our international team, you closely collaborate with Country Management, Marketing, E‑commerce, and Content.
• A‑levels (Abitur) or a university degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Some professional experience in influencer marketing, content creation, brand management, or e‑commerce — a strong motivation and a good instinct for content are valued more than a flawless CV.
• Profound understanding of the Italian market, local trends, and cultural nuances — you are a native Italian speaker and know what resonates with the target audience.
• Strong aesthetic sense, visual language, and familiarity with social media formats — you can identify emerging trends before they gain algorithmic traction.
• Self-motivated, with a hands-on approach and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, international remote environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English for internal communication with HQ.
• Flexibility: flexible hours (flexitime) + remote work.
• Workation: up to two weeks per year from your preferred location in Europe.
• Crew Love: regular company and team events.
• Growth: personal development opportunities and quarterly feedback sessions.
• Perks: subsidised fitness offerings, corporate benefits, employee discounts.
• Volunteer Day: one paid day for volunteering.
