Junior Copywriter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Create engaging, strategic, and clear copy that connects with target audiences.

• Introduce innovative and creative ideas for email and scripted phone communication.

• Collaborate with strategists, visual designers, and the tech team to ensure alignment with the campaign brief and client directives.

• Develop comprehensive scripts and training resources for call center agents with input from strategy and change management teams.

• Partner with strategists to design creative tests for email content and agent scripts, applying insights gained to enhance future campaigns.

• Incorporate feedback from clients and legal reviews to finalize approved assets.

• Maintain and adapt the voice and tone in accordance with the brand guidelines.

• Conduct quality assurance reviews to verify that creative assets fulfill objectives and adhere to brand standards.

• Utilize AI in the drafting and proofing processes to enhance efficiency and precision.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in copywriting for email campaigns (preferred) or social media campaigns.

• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage copywriting deliverables.

• Familiarity with Figma is required.

• Experience presenting to clients is preferred but not mandatory.

• A writing sample must be submitted.
