Junior Content Editor, Dutch

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Execute editorial tasks associated with the continual development and creation of media databases and content.

• Gather and accurately record information about programs and TV listings from various Dutch channels and leading content providers.

• Research, verify, and document any questionable program content by consulting program information providers and other sources.

• Integrate data content and new program details into databases.

• Edit and manage TV listings information, as well as create and curate details on movies and shows.

• Ensure the accuracy of database information and provide timely updates to listings.

• Guarantee the precision of editorial content, the authenticity of program details, and prompt delivery to in-house personnel.

• Analyze, develop, and propose solutions to editorial, communication, and technical procedural and operational challenges.

• Serve as a customer service representative regarding product content and editorial policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in the Dutch language.

• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in English.

• Strong writing, grammatical, organizational, analytical, and communication abilities.

• Ideally possess a background in journalism, copywriting, or translation.

• Preferred familiarity with Dutch television and VOD programming.

• A passion for movies.

• A detail-oriented individual with a strong focus on quality.

• Ability to work accurately within specified deadlines.

• Proficient in Windows and/or experienced in using other computer software and databases with excellent typing skills.
