Junior Community Support Specialist – Pepper.pl

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Addressing inquiries and questions in a courteous and balanced manner.

• Overseeing user-generated content on pepper.pl (deals, comments, etc.) in accordance with community rules and guidelines.

• Facilitating discussions and resolving disputes within the community, ensuring that interactions are respectful and constructive.

• Encouraging engagement and participation within the community.

• Assisting with weekend shifts as a part-time employee.

• You have a strong passion for deals.

• You are attentive, friendly, and able to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.

• You possess excellent time management abilities and can demonstrate your skill in prioritization.

• Fluent in English, and proficient in Polish.
