This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Qualification of leads and scheduling appointments
• Rapidly assess incoming leads in a systematic manner and secure commitment
• Schedule appointments with authentic commitment
• Proactively manage show rates through confirmations, preparations, and pre-qualifications
• Accurately maintain and document leads in the CRM (Salesforce)
• Communication and fostering commitment
• Initial contact via phone (Aircall) or WhatsApp
• Generate genuine interest, address objections promptly, and build commitment
• Ensure a seamless and thorough handover process to the closer
• Keep your KPIs in focus: show rate, appointments, and cash collected
• Actively engage in personal development by accepting and implementing feedback from calls
• Contribute to a high-performance culture that prioritizes results
• Conduct comprehensive follow-ups.
• Demonstrated experience as a first point of contact with customers via phone or digital platforms – whether as an SDR, setter, inside sales, or similar roles
• Excellent communication skills: adept at engaging individuals, building trust, and fostering commitment
• Organized and self-motivated work style
• Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
• A background in coaching, fitness, finance, or online business is advantageous
• Strong focus on numbers and performance-driven mindset.
• Compensation based on performance: €60,000+ OTE, uncapped.

• Access to warm leads: We exclusively work with inbound leads (over 5,000 per year, plus an additional 10,000–20,000 product buyers annually who convert to leads)
