This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Analyze patient clinical records and utilize pertinent data to identify suitable clinical trial matches.
• Independently oversee clinical trial processes, adjusting to evolving priorities and business requirements to maintain efficiency and consistency.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams at Tempus, including scientists, pathologists, and product development, to generate tailored clinical reports.
• Navigate and consolidate information from various data sources and systems.
• Ensure that clinical reports are precise, comprehensible, and compliant with established requirements.
• Assist with ongoing and upcoming projects within the team.
• Foster a dynamic workplace by exhibiting flexibility and responsiveness to changing workflows.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Genetics, Molecular Genetics, Cancer Biology, or Biological Sciences.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to the needs of the business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Skilled in critical thinking, interpersonal interactions, and problem-solving techniques.
• Capable of managing complex tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and consistency.
• Self-driven and able to excel both independently and as part of a collaborative, high-performing team.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for making a difference in a fast-paced, mission-driven setting.
• Experience in reviewing hematology/oncology clinical records (preferred).
• Familiarity with critically assessing clinical trials (preferred).
• Basic understanding of generative AI (preferred).
