Junior Client Success Manager – Education

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee a group of students, guiding them from the initial onboarding stage to their acceptance into medical school.

• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and organized support.

• Minimize churn and refunds by identifying potential risks early and addressing concerns promptly.

• Promote upsell opportunities.

• Gather testimonials, success stories, and case studies from students who have achieved success.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of programs.

• Serve as a point of contact for both students and parents as needed.

• Provide support and mentorship to 1–2 junior team members, assuming the role of a mini team leader.

• Monitor progress and keep precise records using CRM and internal tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Client Success, Customer Support, Account Management, or related fields.

• A background in education, teaching, healthcare (e.g., nursing), or student support is strongly preferred.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities (experience in client-facing roles is essential).

• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple clients and achieve high satisfaction outcomes.

• Experience in handling objections, retention, or upselling is a significant advantage.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and thorough follow-through.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, target-oriented environment.

• Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Notion, Zoom, and Google Drive.

• Potential for leadership or previous experience in mentoring junior staff.
