This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.

• Provide assistance to senior team members in business development and sales initiatives.

• Ensure the team remains organized, responsive, and efficient.

• Aid in scheduling and coordinating meetings with both potential and current clients.

• Observe and assist senior sales staff during client interactions, follow-ups, and deal-making processes.

• Support client communications, including replies, follow-ups, and daily correspondence.

• Contribute to LinkedIn outreach efforts by drafting messages, tracking responses, and aiding lead generation activities.

• Keep client and prospect information updated in internal databases and trackers.

• Assist senior colleagues in preparing for client calls, meetings, and follow-ups.

• Help organize materials, lists, and logistics for industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

• Conduct research on potential clients, markets, industries, and business opportunities.

• Facilitate internal communication among Growth, Marketing, Product, and other departments as needed.

• Assist with various commercial and administrative tasks related to business development.

• A keen interest in fintech, payments, B2B sales, and international business.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft clear and professional correspondence.

• Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

• Confidence in using LinkedIn and a willingness to learn about outreach tools and CRM systems.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining consistent follow-up.

• A proactive mindset, curiosity, and eagerness to learn from experienced colleagues.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
