This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Drive business growth through proactive outreach to potential customers using cold calling and targeted email campaigns.
• Establish value-driven business relationships with B2B clients swiftly.
• Assess and understand customer needs and requirements.
• Advocate for and highlight the strategic and tactical benefits of Quest's solution offerings.
• Arrange definitive next steps with customers and the territory specialist, usually involving a product demonstration.
• Efficiently hand over sales opportunities to the territory specialist.
• Conduct research, qualify, manage, and monitor leads and associated sales activities.
• Build internal sales connections with sales specialists and engineers.
• Operate effectively and competitively in a dynamic, high-paced call-center environment that demands project and time management skills.
• Proficient in English.
• Minimum of 1 year of outbound B2B sales experience or a combination of relevant work experience and education.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Quick learner with analytical thinking skills, as comprehensive training will be provided.
