Junior Business Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Proactively monitor and evaluate operational KPIs, consistently engaging with stakeholders to assess performance data, recognize trends, and ensure targets are met.

• Establish both short- and long-term improvement initiatives and prioritize them in alignment with the company's current objectives and strategy, such as centralized tools or process enhancements.

• Execute the identified solutions by coordinating internal resources and relevant stakeholders across the EU to guarantee a successful and timely implementation.

• Take full responsibility for various projects by organizing their setup, contributing your own insights, overseeing progress through each phase, and systematically evaluating results to uncover successes and opportunities for further enhancement.

• Act as the primary contact for local Operations teams and other departments within the company to provide clarity on processes and targets.

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.

• Hands-on experience in Business Development, Project Management, or Operations.

• Organized mindset with a keen attention to detail, capable of constructing structure from the ground up.

• Quick to adapt with a strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and the ability to work independently.

• Strong analytical capabilities, able to derive actionable insights from large data sets, along with proficiency in MS-Excel and Google Sheets.

• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English - both verbal and written.
