This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Engage in negotiations with hotels, tour operators, and various suppliers within the tourism industry;
• Evaluate rates, availability, allotments, and market opportunities;
• Create, monitor, and manage commercial contracts, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all information;
• Track performance indicators, compile reports, and facilitate decision-making;
• Conduct market analysis and identify opportunities to broaden and enhance the product portfolio;
• Take part in the planning and development of tourism products and experiences;
• Supervise the utilization of Omnibees systems and other business tools;
• Cultivate strategic relationships with partners, leading negotiations and addressing partner inquiries;
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting solutions that enhance operational efficiency and yield better results.
• Completed Bachelor's degree;
• Background in tourism, hospitality, commercial negotiations, or the development of tourism products;
• Understanding of the hotel sector and the tourism market;
• Experience in supplier negotiation and management;
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in spreadsheets, reporting, and controls;
• Familiarity with the Omnibees system and other tools relevant to the tourism industry;
• Strong analytical abilities, strategic insight, and excellent organizational skills;
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills, along with negotiation and interpersonal capabilities;
• Demonstrated proactivity, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
